Chateau Canmore Hotel, Canmore

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rustic charm of the rooms and the overall comfort were nice, and the evening staff member was exceptionally friendly and helpful. However, my stay was marred by cleanliness issues and a serious bedbug situation that made me feel uneasy. While I appreciated the new room provided, it too could have used a better cleaning. Overall, the hotel has potential but needs significant improvements in hygiene and customer service to enhance guest experiences.

We found this hotel to be a good base for our adventures around Banff and Canmore, offering great views of the Rockies and a comfortable room for our family. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly, which added to our pleasant experience.
